This girl has so much style, grace and talent it’s insane. If she’s not at home soaping her little hear out, or planning every little detail of her wedding (or shower) I’ve been stealing her away to conjure up the prettiest ideas. It hasn’t even been a year since this little gem waltzed into my life but we have big plans for the future and that’s about all I can say. She gets me, and I am over the moon to be shooting her wedding in just two (ish) short months from now. I’m not sure what’s going to happen when Mr.Gentlecurrents returns home to Cape Breton, but I guess I’m willing to give her back to her husband to be. How cool is it that I get to meet amazing people like this in my business? It seems my circle of friends is slowly turning into future/past brides and people in the industry, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
But onto this fabulous little shower…
It was held at the Black Spoon Cafe in North Sydney, and honestly I can’t say enough great things about this place. Their food and pastry is to die for, and it’s the most quaint little nook in North Sydney. It’s a perfect spot to host a shower, party or even an intimate wedding. The lighting is beautiful in there which is everything for me when shooting an event! I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven’t already!
This shower was intimate and relaxed and I loved all the little special touches Steph incorporated.
